When will my order ship?
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships out from our facility.
What is the return policy?
You are welcome to return unwashed, unworn items within 30 days for a refund. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale" (ending in $.97), washed/worn merchandise, drinkware, and "Mystery" promotional items. Your refund to the payment method used will be processed when we receive the returned package at our facility and you will receive a notification to confirm the refund. Returns for E-Bikes and chairs must be approved prior to returning. Once your items are inspected and approved for return by our team, your refund will typically appear within 3-5 business days on your credit card. We do request up to 10 business days from receipt of your return package to process your items and issue your refund.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. We offer free economy shipping on domestic orders of $75 or more and free economy shipping to Canada on orders of $99 or more. Some exclusions apply. More shipping information can be found here.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.
How do I make changes to my order?
Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents. If you need to update your information on your account before ordering, please do so here.
Where do I enter promo codes?
On the checkout page you will click on the link "Have a promo code?" and enter the code. Please be sure the code applies before placing your order. Not responsible for forgotten or misuse of promo code. Not valid on previous purchases.

Can I order online and pick up in store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this sevice at this time. All orders placed online will be shipped.
Where is the clothing made?
Our yarns are made in the U.S. All apparel is sewn in Guatemala and all of our printing is done in the U.S.
What material are the clothes made of?
50% fibers from recycled plastic and 50% cotton.
How do the tees fit?
