EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase or receiving your package for anΒ exchange or store credit. You must provide your Receipt/Order#. Please ensure the items are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Have their original tags
  • In "sellable condition"

If your item meets the above requirements, you can request a return through our self-serve return portal by logging into your customer account. Customers will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.

You must provide the receipt for a return. Please note, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you are returning an item for a reason not due to our error, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us at:

We do not provide return labels for such returns.

Inside your return package, please include a note with your NAME and ORDER #.

Did We Make a Mistake?
Please submit a return request or fill out aΒ contact form on our website with information regarding your order and the error made.Β In order to receive efficient customer support, please only submit ONE contact form. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.

If we made an error with your order, we will:

  • Refund your original form of payment
  • OR
  • Provide a return label in order to get you the correct item or a replacement item

Processing and Exchanges

  • Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
  • If there's a price difference for the exchanged item, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
